Use photos with permission

You must own or have permission to use both photos and have the consent of the people depicted. Do not impersonate someone, mislead viewers, create abusive content or violate another person’s rights. Disclose AI generation where your publishing platform requires it.

AI results

The reference video and prompt guide generation. Likeness, movement, clothing, backgrounds and audio can vary. No exact reproduction or particular creative outcome is guaranteed. Raindance AI is independent and is not affiliated with the artists, their labels or the Raindance Film Festival.

Credits and failures

Generation is paid with one-time credits at the price shown before submission. Credits are reserved while a job is pending. Confirmed failed jobs return the reservation. Ambiguous provider submissions remain under review to prevent duplicate charges. A technically successful result uses credits even if creative details vary. Statutory consumer rights still apply.

Music and publishing

No license to the official Raindance recording is included. Add licensed music through your publishing platform where permitted and check the usage rules for your account and region.

Account closure

Deleting your account removes access to saved videos and unused credits. Download what you wish to keep before deletion. Necessary financial records may remain.

For billing, credits or service questions, contact support@raindance.video. Include your order or task ID when available. Never send passwords, payment card details or private photos by email.

Before launch

Payments and generation will open after live service verification. Until then, the site is available for preparing photos and reviewing the workflow.
