Your photos and drafts

Photo previews and drafts stay in this browser before you submit a generation. Drafts can be restored for 30 minutes and are cleared on the next visit after expiry, when you sign out, or when you delete your account. Do not prepare private photos on a shared device.

Submitted generations

When you generate, your photos are uploaded to private storage and sent to our video processing provider. Uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Photos needed by an unfinished task are kept until the task has settled, then become eligible for cleanup. Generated video access requires your account. Download completed videos promptly because provider availability is not permanent.

Accounts and payments

We use your verified email or Google account to provide access to credits and videos. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Payment and credit records may be retained for accounting, disputes and legal requirements.

Deletion

You can request account deletion from the account page. This revokes access and queues stored media for deletion. Processing providers may retain data under their own policies; immediate deletion of all external copies is not promised.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect authentication. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public pages using cookies and basic device information. We do not send your photos, email, account details or URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. Analytics is not loaded before you opt in. You can change your choice and remove analytics cookies through Cookie preferences in the footer.

For privacy, deletion or account questions, contact support@raindance.video. Support messages are forwarded to our team through Cloudflare Email Routing. The service is not yet open for paid generation.
